Doggie Botox

I'm chillin' with my favorite boss tonight, eating some chimichangas, watchin' So You Think You Can Dance, and enjoying happy mother-daughter time. Mom freaks out because Macie pees ON HER BED! She is such an amazingly good dog, so this is so out of the ordinary for her. Anyway, that's not the important part. The important part was Mom has discovered a way to make millions- DOGGIE BOTOX! She will sell her idea to all the rich people on TV with super pampered dogs. Fun times and lots of laughs...

My Husband... A Great Dad

I'm so proud to honor my best friend by saying "Happy Father's Day" to him for the first time. Bryan is such a great dad and I can tell by the way that Amillia looks at him that not only is she going to be a "Daddy's Girl," but she is going to learn so much from him. I know he's up for the challenge, too. I told him the day we got married that I was so excited to see him be a dad one day, and he really is such a dedicated, loving, and hardworking father. He still gets all gaa-gaa each time he looks at Millie, so it'll be fun to see how she'll have him wrapped over the years!

We celebrated Father's Day by having a delicious dinner at Outback and getting him some new shoes since his hard work has worn out his tennies. We had fun with Millie at the restaurant and walking around shopping. It was just fun to be together since he's been working so, so much lately.

Happy First Father's Day, Bryan! I love you!

Brilliant Idea #2

One of my favorite activities now that I'm a stay-at-home mom is going to the grocery store. I plan out our meals, make an extensive aisle-organized shopping list, clip/organize/pull my coupons, and hit Wally World. This is the nearest (and cleanest) grocery store to our house so I love some WM. I keep crossing my fingers that they'll build a Whole Foods in Lowell, but that's doubtful. The only thing that stinks about my favorite outing is the task of unloading all the groceries on the conveyor belt, the bags then back into the cart, back out of the cart and into the car, and then bag by bag into the house. I usually get so much at a time that not only is Millie pooped by the time we get home, but so am I with my multiple trips in and out of the house. So here's my solution...

I turned 10 trips into two. :o)

BTW, I recycle Wal-Mart bags. Go greenness!
